Things you should know…

SHIPPING: Orders usually ship within 7 to 10 days after the order is placed. Shipping charges are calculated by a flat per order fee. Orders are shipped via Canada Post ground. If you require faster service, please let us know when you place your order.

RETURNS: Merchandise needing to be exchanged or returned, please request a return merchandise authorization ('RMA') number within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing info@lachik.com. Your email should include your order number together with a list of the items being returned, and we will email you an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number shown on the outside and inside the package.

We will issue a full credit (minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping) on merchandise returned in its original condition if mailed back within 5 days of the date you receive the RMA number. Shipping charges are not refundable. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A ISSUED RMA #.

La Chik reserves the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged or mishandled. Sales are final on merchandise for which no RMA is requested within 7 days of its delivery, or if it is not shipped back within 5 days of the date an RMA number is emailed to you. However, any custom products are a FINAL SALE.

For your protection, you should send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked. Please insure your return and keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for damaged returns or returns sent via a non-trackable method.
